• Automatic tracking and ability to send multiple follow-up rounds. Selectively send emails to those who haven't yet taken your survey, and maximize your response rate.
• Optional custom key upload. Want to track responses by employee ID number and handle your email invitations internally? Use our custom keys feature and your respondents can use their own ID number, extension number, etc. to access the survey.

Of course, tracking down to an individual level isn't what you want if you're surveying on a confidential or sensitive matter, where candid responses are critical. In this case, SuperSurvey lets you handle the survey in-house while we protect anonymity by serving as a neutral third party.

The SuperSurvey Privacy Protocol describes our protective efforts on behalf of Anonymous survey respondents. When you mark a survey as Anonymous, you agree not even to attempt to collect personally identifiable information. For our part, we strictly enforce this agreement, along with discarding IP address and other log information which could reveal a respondent's identity.
